  • 4 slices of bacon
  • 1 (6 ounces) pack cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 tablespoons sliced Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 lime, zested
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 serrano peppers, seeded and finely chopped
  • 4 sprigs cilantro, chopped

Step-by-Step Direction to cook Keto Bacon and Cheese Fat Bombs

Step 1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Place a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Line the bacon strips in one layer on a sheet.

Step 2. Bake in a preheated oven until golden brown and cool, about 15 minutes. Squeeze bacon pieces into paper towels.

Step 3. Combine cream cheese, butter, and Cheddar cheese in a bowl. Add lime zest, a squeeze of lemon juice, and garlic. Fold the serrano pepper into a mixture; refrigerate until cool and firm, about 10 minutes.

Step 4. Divide the cold cream cheese mixture into 6 equal parts and roll them into balls to form a thick paste.

Step 5. Cut the bacon and place in a bowl with the cilantro. Roll one fat bomb at a time into the container to wear. Serve hot.
