- ½ cup (7 grams) finely chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
- 2 zucchini (400 grams approx)

- 1 cup Pepper Jack cheese (100 grams), shredded
- 200 grams (5½ cups) lettuce
- 4 tbsp olive oil

Step-by-Step Direction to cook Keto Tex-Mex Stuffed Zucchini Boats
Step 1. Preheat your oven to 400 ° F (200 ° C).
