I have been working on compiling some of my favorite “not recipes” Keto recipes and these Keto BLTA Lettuce Wraps are the first on my list to share! I enjoy this for breakfast with a hard-boiled egg or for lunch. They are a completely simple way to enjoy a summer favorite without carbs. The most important bonus point, these are seriously easy to make!

Ripe tomatoes, grilled bacon, creamy avocado, and tangy mayo combine to make the perfect keto spin for a typical sandwich! Sorry, bread, you were not invited to the party!

Ingredients

  • 350g bacon slices

  • 6 tbsp mayonnaise

  • 3 cups lettuce

  • 1 (200g) Avocado

  • 2 medium-size tomatoes, in slices

  • salt and pepper

Directions

  • In a large saucepan over medium heat, fry the bacon until crispy, about five minutes. Place next to a paper towel wrapped to cool. When cool enough to handle, cut each strand in half for crossing.
  • Press a line of mayonnaise on each of the lettuce leaves. Top each leaf with a slice of tomato, 3 slices of bacon, and a slice of avocado.
  • Season to taste with salt and pepper and enjoy!
