Ingredients Required

  • 3 chicken breasts (small and cut into nuggets).
  • 1 cup of almond flour.
  • 3 tbsp of butter.
  • 2 eggs, beaten.
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce.
  • 1 tsp powder garlic.
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt & pepper.
  • 2.5 cup rice raw lettuce.
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, chopped.
  • 0.5 cup of tomatoes, chopped.
  • 1/2 avocado.
  • 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese.
  • optional: cilantro, reddish-brown flakes.

Step-by-Step Direction to cook Keto Buffalo Chicken Salad

Step 1. Cut the chicken breasts into small bite-size pieces. Make sure you pat lightly with a paper towel.

Step 2. Prepare two bowls, one with two beaten eggs and the other with almond flour, butter, garlic powder, sea salt, and pepper.

Step 3. Take one nugget and fold in the egg mixture and dress it with the almond flour mixture. Set aside and make sure to do with all the pieces.

Step 4. Place it in the air fryer at 350 degrees for 12-14 minutes. Remember to flip nuggets around halfway.

Step 5. When done, pour the nuggets into the container and mix with the buffalo sauce to coat completely. Return it to the air fryer for 370 for 2 minutes.

Step 6. Prepare a salad by chopping vegetables, cucumbers, and tomatoes.

Step 7. Prepare the dish by adding vegetables, cucumbers, and tomatoes and fold them together. Add avocado, buffalo, and cilantro to the top.

Step 8. Add a healthy drizzle of the blue cheese dressing right before serving.
